きっかけ概要
IFAD日本連絡事務所では、IFADの活動や国際協力に興味のある大学生（学部3年生以上）、大学院生、既卒1年以内の方を対象に、インターンを募集します。
IFADはローマに本部を置く国際金融機関であり、国連専門機関でもあります。私たちは農村部の人々に投資することによって、食料の安全保障の促進、家族の栄養状態改善、収入増加を支援しています。また、彼らがレジリエンス（強靭性）を高め、ビジネスを拡大し、自分たちの発展の主導権を握ることができるよう協力しています。
Expected Activities:
- Under the direct supervision of the Partnership Officer of the Japan Liaison Office (JLO) in the Global Engagement, Partnership and Resource Mobilization (GPR) Division of IFAD, and in collaboration with other Partnership Officers in charge of other regions and countries based in HQ, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
- - Conduct research on development cooperation and strategic priorities of Japan, New Zealand and the Republic of Korea;
- - Provide support in the preparation of Member States Country Briefs and Talking Points in view of Senior Management official travels/meetings/participation in events;
- - Conduct desk research on potential partners in Japan (e.g. corporations, foundations, philanthropic entities);
- - Provide support for social media outreach by IFAD accounts of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and etc;
- - Provide support to the preparation and implementation of events (i.e. workshops, conferences) in order to enhance IFAD’s visibility mostly in Japan;
- - Provide support to the development of effective communication material (i.e. brochures, PowerPoint presentations, factsheets) for partnership support;
- - Provide translation support, mostly English-Japanese and Japanese-English;
- - Provide support in the management of ‘IFAD Youth Club’, a volunteer group of young people interested in IFAD and its core mandate (i.e. rural development, resilience, food security and agriculture)
- - Provide support in the planning and organization of IFAD Youth Club’s official launching event in August 2024 by developing a concept note and a detailed programme, assisting the Youth Club members in preparing their presentation, as well as providing logistics support and etc.
- - Lead JLO’s and IFAD Youth Club’s participation in the International Youth Conference on Biodiversity in Yokohama in August 2024.
- - Provide support in the planning and organization of the launching event of the Enhanced Linkages between the Private sector and Small-scale producers (ELPS) Initiative first pilot project, funded by the Government of Japan, in September 2024.
- - Perform any other duties relevant to the incumbent’s background as required to support JLO/GPR’s initiatives and activities.

• “New User”を選択
• オンラインフォームに必要事項を記入の上、“the terms and conditions“を読んで同意する（注：住所を記入する際、Postal codeは日本全国どこであっても999-9999を入れてください）
• 最後に “Register”を選択
2. Internship Programmeへの応募
• https://job.ifad.org/ へ行く
• “View All Jobs”を選択
• “Apply to the Internship Programme (Job ID 2096)”を選択
• オンラインフォームに必要事項を記入の上、最後に“Submit“を選択（注：ResumeおよびCover letterの書式は自由ですが、英語でご記入ください）
3. 応募完了メールの送信
• 上記1, 2のプロセスが完了したら、japanliaison@ifad.org にメールを送り、インターンシップに応募したことを必ずお知らせください。
■選考方法
書類選考の上、通過された方々にはオンライン面接（6月26～27日を予定）を行います。なお、ショートリストされた候補者にのみ通知すること、応募書類は返却しないことをあらかじめご了承ください。選考後、インターンとして採用が決まった方は、健康保険証のコピーと大学・大学院在籍、もしくは卒業・修了を証明する文書（学生証のコピー、卒業証明書など）を提出していただきます。
