概要

In a time marked by deep divides and constant upheaval, the need for principled, courageous leadership has never been greater. The Leadership and Peace-building Certification aims to empower aspiring changemakers with the psychological insight, strategic clarity, and social awareness required to navigate and lead through conflict and uncertainty. Beginning with a focus on personal growth; enhancing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and inner leadership, the certification then expands outwards to explore effective leadership practices, conflict analysis, digital leadership and so on.

Participants will engage with proven leadership frameworks and conflict resolution techniques, guided by professionals with real-world expertise. Moreover, they will gain the ability to assess underlying causes of discord and apply inclusive strategies that drive lasting peace and cooperation. Certification Criteria
Participants will be assessed on their participation across all core components, including group projects, practical exercises, and strategic input during workshops.
